3. Sensitive InformationWhen you use Boundari, you may share personal situations involving your workplace, family, relationships, or friends. 5. AI ProcessingBoundari uses third-party AI providers to generate pressure simulations, responses, and coaching feedback. When you use these features, the situations, conversation details, and responses you provide may be sent to our AI providers solely to generate the requested in-app output.We do not use the content of your training sessions for advertising. We do not sell your training content. We configure our AI providers, where available, so that your data is not used to train their models.AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Boundari is a communication training tool and is not therapy, legal advice, medical advice, crisis support, or professional counseling.
6. Email CommunicationsWe may send transactional emails related to your account, waitlist status, beta access, subscription, security, or use of Boundari. If you opt in to marketing communications, we may also send product updates, launch announcements, and promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails may still be sent where necessary to provide the service.
7. Advertising and Remarketing
We do not share the content of your training sessions, situations, or private responses with advertising partners.Where advertising or remarketing tools are enabled, we may share limited website or app activity data, such as pages visited, device information, or campaign source, with analytics and advertising partners to measure performance or show relevant Boundari ads, where permitted by law.
8. Third-Party Services

Cookies and Similar TechnologiesWe may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate Boundari, remember preferences, analyze usage, measure marketing performance, and run advertising or remarketing campaigns.Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies or tracking technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings and advertising preferences through the relevant platform settings.
10. Payments and SubscriptionsPaid subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card information. All payment data is handled by Apple and RevenueCat under their respective privacy policies.
11. Data RetentionWe retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide Boundari, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and improve the product.- Account and email data: retained while your account is active or until you request deletion

IntroductionWelcome to Boundari.These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Boundari mobile application, website at boundari.ai, waitlist, subscriptions, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.”Boundari is operated by Alfredo De Jesus Gonzalez Gomez, an individual developer operating Boundari (“Boundari,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).By accessing or using Boundari, creating an account, joining the waitlist, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. What Boundari IsBoundari is a communication training app that helps users practice difficult conversations, set clearer boundaries, and respond more effectively under pressure.The Service may allow you to describe a real situation, receive a simulated pressure conversation, respond in your own words, and receive coaching feedback.Boundari may change, improve, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
3. EligibilityBoundari is intended for users age 16 and older.If you are under 18, you may use Boundari only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.We may refuse access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts if we believe these requirements are not met.
4. Accounts and LoginTo use Boundari, you may need to create an account.You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.Boundari may offer login through email, Apple, Google, or other authentication providers. 5. Subscriptions, Trials, Payments, and RefundsBoundari may offer free trials, paid subscriptions, lifetime access, launch discounts, referral perks, or other promotional access.Subscription options may include weekly, monthly, annual, lifetime, or other plans. Prices, features, trials, and availability may change.For the iOS app, purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Your payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rights are governed by Apple’s applicable terms and policies.Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings.Deleting your Boundari account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. You must cancel the subscription through Apple.Unless required by applicable law or Apple policy, payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
6. Promotions, Referral Perks, and DiscountsBoundari may offer referral perks, beta priority, founder discounts, free trial extensions, lifetime access opportunities, or other promotions.Promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, availability limits, and additional terms. Promotions have no cash value and are not transferable unless we expressly allow it.We may modify, suspend, refuse, or revoke any promotion, referral credit, discount, trial, or perk if we believe it was obtained through fraud, spam, abuse, fake accounts, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.
7. Acceptable UseYou agree not to use Boundari to:- violate any law or regulation;
- harass, threaten, abuse, defame, impersonate, or harm another person;
- manipulate, deceive, coerce, exploit, or control another person;
- generate content intended to threaten, intimidate, stalk, or harass someone;
- submit illegal, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content;
- submit content involving minors in unsafe, exploitative, sexual, or harmful contexts;
- submit medical, legal, financial, identity, or highly sensitive information that is not needed for the training scenario;
- submit names, addresses, phone numbers, or identifying details about real people unless necessary;
- upload malware, spam, or harmful code;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service;
scrape, copy, harvest, or extract data from the Service;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Service;
- bypass access restrictions, rate limits, security features, payment systems, or usage limits;
- use the Service for commercial purposes without our permission.We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts if we believe these Terms have been violated.
8. User Content“User Content” means the situations, vents, conversations, responses, saved scenarios, feedback, notes, or other content you submit to Boundari.You own your User Content.By submitting User Content, you give Boundari a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, modify, and use your User Content only as needed to:- operate the Service;
- generate simulations, responses, and coaching feedback;
- save your history, scenarios, progress, and patterns;
- personalize your experience;
- maintain security and prevent abuse;
- troubleshoot and improve the Service;
- comply with legal obligations.We will not publish your private training content without your permission.We will not use your private training content for advertising.You are responsible for the User Content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to submit it.
9. FeedbackIf you send us ideas, comments, suggestions, bug reports, testimonials, or product feedback, you agree that we may use that feedback to improve, develop, market, or operate Boundari without compensation to you.We will not use your private training content as a public testimonial without your permission.
10. AI Outputs and Training LimitationsBoundari uses AI to generate simulated pressure conversations, responses, and coaching feedback.AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or not suitable for your specific situation. You should use your judgment before relying on any output.Boundari does not guarantee that any suggested response will lead to a specific outcome in a real conversation.You are responsible for how you use Boundari outputs in real life.
11. 13. Account DeletionYou may delete your Boundari account through the app where account deletion tools are available.Deleting your account will permanently delete your account data and associated saved sessions, history, vents, feedback, saved scenarios, progress, and patterns, except where we are legally required or permitted to retain certain information for payment, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.Deleting your Boundari account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. You must cancel your subscription through Apple.
14. Service Availability and ChangesWe may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.Some features may be experimental, limited, or available only to certain users.We may impose usage limits or storage limits where necessary to operate the Service.

Third-Party ServicesBoundari may rely on third-party services for authentication, data storage, AI processing, analytics, email delivery, waitlist management, subscriptions, payments, app distribution, and other functions.Third-party services may include Apple, Google, Supabase, OpenRouter, RevenueCat, Postmark, Waitlister, Google Analytics, and others.Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. 16. Mobile App and Apple App Store TermsIf you download Boundari from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:- These Terms are between you and Boundari, not Apple;- Apple is not responsible for Boundari or its content;- Your use of the app must comply with Apple’s applicable App Store terms;- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Boundari;- If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, according to its policies;- Apple is not responsible for claims relating to Boundari or your use of the app;- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to the iOS app and may enforce these Terms against you.You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

- we are required to do so by law;

Disclaimer of WarrantiesTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Boundari is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and uninterrupted operation.We do not warrant that:- the Service will meet your expectations;
- the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or appropriate;
- any conversation outcome will occur in real life;
- defects or errors will be corrected.Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
21. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Boundari and its operator, developers, contractors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boundari’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:- the amount you paid to Boundari in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- USD $100.Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

IndemnificationTo the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Boundari, its operator, developers, contractors, service providers, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:- your use or misuse of the Service;
- your User Content;

Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict of law rules.Where legally permitted, disputes relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the competent courts located in Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia.Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country or region.

Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time.If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, or by updating the date at the top of this page.Your continued use of Boundari after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.
25. MiscellaneousThese Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented in the Service, make up the entire agreement between you and Boundari regarding the Service.If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our permission.We may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, transfer of operations, or by operation of law.
