Stop replaying the conversation.
Build a voice that holds under pressure.
For the moments
where you say yes too fast,
over-explain your no,
freeze under pressure, or
replay the conversation for days.
"This app showed me exactly where my ‘no’ starts leaking." — Liz, early user
Private waitlist · Founding access closes July 1, 2026
You knew what you wanted to say.
You said it once...
Then came the guilt trip, the disappointed tone, or the loyalty test.
And your voice shrank.
You caved. Over-explained. Froze.
Replayed it for days.
This isn't who you are.
You just never trained the skill to respond under pressure.
That changes here.
"I really wish I'd had this when I was growing up.
I would have known how to respond when my father belittled me."
— Matt, early user
Scripts don't hold under pressure.
Your voice has to.
Boundari trains you where it matters.
In the heat of the moment.
1. You bring a real conversation you keep replaying.2. Face realistic pressure: guilt, urgency, disappointment, loyalty.3. Respond in your own words. Mentor Mode shows what held, what leaked, and what to tighten.Your situation. Realistic pressure.
A response that holds.

"I didn’t realize how much I was over-explaining until the app pointed it out. When my friend asked me for money again — I said 'no' and it held."
— James, beta user
Where does your voice shrink under pressure?
Same pressure. Different response.

"The simulation felt uncomfortably real. My boss’s guilt trip in the app hit me the exact same way the real one does. I almost folded again."
— Sarah, beta user

FAQ
A note from Leo
I built Boundari because I needed it.For years I struggled with boundaries. I was afraid to disappoint people I cared about. I would freeze, over-explain, or say yes just to escape the discomfort — then replay the conversation for days.I'm not a therapist. I'm not a communication coach.I just got tired of losing the same conversations over and over.So I built the training tool I always wished existed. That's Boundari.— Leo, founder

Privacy Policy Boundari App
Last updated: June 23, 2026
1. IntroductionThis Privacy Policy applies to the Boundari iOS app. It explains how Boundari ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you use the app.Boundari's website, waitlist, and marketing activities are governed by a separate Website Privacy Policy, available at boundari.ai.If you have any questions or concerns regarding your personal data, contact us at [email protected].
2. Information We Collecta. Information you provide directly
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| First name | We may collect your first name, for example if you provide it during waitlist signup or account creation. We may use it to personalize our communications with you. |
| Guest account identifier | If you begin training before signing in, Boundari automatically creates a temporary guest account, associated with a unique identifier on your device, to store your early training progress. This data is merged into your account if you later sign in with Apple. We do not currently offer a way to delete a guest account's data separately before signing in. |
| The situations, conversations, and responses you submit ("training content") | We collect the pressure situations you describe, your responses during simulations, and related training history. We use this to generate your simulation, mentor feedback, and progress tracking. This is the core function of the app. |
| Feedback or support messages you send us | If you contact us directly, we collect what you send us to respond and improve Boundari. |
| Real-world check-in responses | If you choose to tell us whether a real situation you trained for actually happened and how it went, we collect that response to inform your next training session. |
| AI-processing consent | Before your training content is sent to AI providers, we obtain your agreement to this processing, as described in the AI Processing section below. |
b. Information we collect automatically
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Apple ID identifier, via Sign In with Apple | When you sign in, Apple may share a unique identifier and, only on your first authorization, your name. We use this to create and secure your account. We do not use Google or email/password sign-in. |
| Device type, operating system, and app version | To ensure the app works correctly and to troubleshoot issues. |
| User ID, session data, and authentication timestamps | To manage your account, keep you signed in, and maintain security. |
| Training sessions, response patterns, and progress data | The record of your simulations, reps, and outcomes, used to track your progress and personalize future sessions. |
| Push notification device token, only if you enable notifications | To send training reminders. Before sending any training reminders, we display consent language in the app and ask you to opt in. Boundari's core training features work fully whether or not you enable notifications. You can turn notifications off at any time in Settings, and we will stop sending them. |
| Technical error logs | If the app encounters a technical error, limited diagnostic information is logged through our backend infrastructure (Supabase) to help us identify and fix the problem. We do not use a separate third-party crash-reporting service. |
Boundari does not access or collect your device's location.
3. Sensitive InformationWhen you use Boundari, you may describe personal situations involving your workplace, family, relationships, or friends. The nature of the app means you may incidentally share sensitive details about your life or about other people. We ask that you avoid sharing special categories of sensitive data — such as health information, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, or religious beliefs — through the app. Boundari does not require this information to function, and the simulation and coaching features work the same regardless of whether you include it.When you describe a situation involving another person — such as a coworker, manager, family member, partner, or friend — we encourage you to avoid including identifying details unless they're necessary to your training. Avoid names, addresses, phone numbers, financial details, medical details, or legal details that aren't needed for your scenario. You're responsible for the information you choose to include. If you do include sensitive information, it is processed only to generate your simulation and coaching response, as described in AI Processing below. We do not use the content of your training sessions for marketing or advertising. If you'd like sensitive information removed, you can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently deletes your training content, or contact us at [email protected]
4. How We Use Your InformationWe use your information to:• Create and manage your account, authenticated through Sign In with Apple
• Generate your training simulations, mentor feedback, and progress tracking
• Personalize your training based on your situation and pressure pattern
• Process subscription payments, once you purchase or restore a subscription
• Send training reminders, if you've enabled notifications
• Maintain the security of your account and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations
5. AI ProcessingBoundari uses third-party AI providers — including OpenRouter, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, and OpenAI — to generate your pressure simulations, the pressure responses you face, and your mentor coaching feedback. When you use these features, the situation you describe, your responses during training, and related conversation details are sent to these providers solely to generate the requested in-app output. Before your training content is sent to these providers for the first time, we ask for your agreement to this processing. We do not use the content of your training sessions for advertising, and we do not sell your training content.AI-generated responses and coaching may be inaccurate, incomplete, or imperfectly tailored to your situation. Boundari is a communication training tool. It is not therapy, legal advice, medical advice, crisis support, or professional counseling. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
6. Email CommunicationsWe may send you emails related to your account, your subscription, or your use of Boundari — for example, based on your training activity or progress. Where these are necessary to operate the service or relate to a transaction, we may send them even if you have not opted in to marketing. If you opt in to marketing communications, we may also send product updates and promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.We do not currently collect an email address directly within the app. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.
7. Advertising and RemarketingWe do not run advertising or remarketing campaigns within the app, and we do not use your training content, situations, responses, or feedback for advertising purposes of any kind. We do not sell your training content or personal situations. We do not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites, and the app does not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework because no such tracking occurs. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and the app's privacy disclosures accordingly.
8. Third-Party ServicesWe use third-party services to operate the Boundari app. These services process information according to their own privacy policies, and our agreements with them where applicable. • OpenRouter, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, and OpenAI — AI processing for simulations and coaching feedback
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — if you enable training reminders, we send your device token and notification content through Apple's push-notification service to deliver reminders to your device
• Apple App Store — app distribution and payment processing
• RevenueCat — subscription management, once enabledIf you sign in using Sign In with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, only on your first authorization, your name and (if you choose to share it) your email address. We use this to create and secure your Boundari account. We do not offer email/password or Google sign-in.
9. Payments and SubscriptionsPaid subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and, once enabled, managed via RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card information. All payment data is handled by Apple and RevenueCat under their respective privacy policies.
10. Data RetentionWe retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide Boundari, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and improve the product.• Account data, including your name and Apple Sign In identifier: retained while your account is active, until you delete your account

• Payment and subscription records: retained as required by Apple, RevenueCat, tax, accounting, and legal requirementsYou can delete your account at any time in Settings.
